Vicky Sargsyan, M.S
Program Supervisor
Vicky received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at California State University, Los Angeles and her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at California State University, Northridge.
While working on her bachelor’s in Psychology she began working at ABI in 2017 as a skills trainer. Shortly after, Vicky became certified as an RBT and was promoted to a lead RBT where she implemented quality therapy, trained new skills trainers and caregivers, and assisted with assessments.
As her love for the field grew, she entered the master’s program at CSUN to obtain her M.S in ABA. While in the program and at ABI she worked closely under the supervision of BCBA/BCBA-D’s and gained great experience working with numerous clients in school and home settings. Now as an Associate Program Supervisor, Vicky applies principles of behavior analysis to solve problems of social significance using evidence-based treatments. Vicky’s mission is to provide the best effective treatments and lead her clients to live independent and quality lifestyles.
Vicky resides in Glendale and mainly serves clients in San Fernando Valley and San Gabriel Valley.

One of my favorite parts about this field is seeing the smile on parents faces when their child has achieved a desired goal.
