Lilit Dagesian, M.A., BCBA
Program Supervisor
Lilit received her B.A. in Psychology from University of California, San Diego and her M.A. with honors in Counseling Psychology from National University, Woodland Hills Campus.
Lilit began working at Autism Behavior Intervention in 2012 and received extensive training and experience implementing ABA strategies with children of all ages with a variety of strengths and needs. Lilit was subsequently promoted to the position of lead skills trainer. She fell in love with the field when she saw daily progress in communication, cognitive, play and daily living skills with the clients she worked with. Also, seeing excitement and happiness on parents’ faces as their children acquired new skills gave her a sense of fulfillment.
As an Associate Program Supervisor, Lilit designs behavior intervention plans and treatment programs and trains and works with parents and skills trainers. Lilit takes great pride in working with her clients and their families to make meaningful and long lasting improvements in their lives.
Lilit lives in the San Fernando Valley and primarily serves families living in the area.
