Gacia Baltayan, M.S, BCBA
Program Supervisor
Gacia began working at ABI as a skills trainer shortly after graduating from CSUN with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in March 2018. Growing up, she spent most of her free time afterschool working with kids, providing tutoring and baby-sitting services. It was no surprise that that she quickly learned that teaching her clients new skills and working through challenging behaviors was something she loved to do. A year after gaining experience as skills trainer, she was promoted to a lead skills trainer where she had the opportunity to expand her skills through training new team members.
Soon after becoming a lead skills trainer, Gacia returned to CSUN and attained her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis as of summer 2021. Through the program she learned the vital skills needed to develop programs that teach new skills while also reducing challenging behaviors and increasing adaptive behaviors. As a program supervisor, Gacia enjoys providing support to her clients and their families.
Gacia currently lives in Los Angeles and provides services to clients in the San Fernando Valley.

My favorite part of the job is watching our clients develop new skills that were once considered unachievable to them. Seeing their faces during those breakthrough moments makes this career worthwhile for me
