Hiring, Training Supervisor

Crystal received her bachelors from California State University, Northridge in 2007. Shestarted working at ABI in 2008 as a skills trainer. As a skills trainer she loved working with children and watching them grow and learn. She was then promoted to lead skills trainer and enjoyed sharing her knowledge of being a skills trainer with new trainees. After a few years of being a lead skills trainer, she was promoted to our hiring and training coordinator. This new position encompasses her strengths of training new skills trainers. She enjoys the challenge of going through the interview and hiring process and coordinating trainee schedules and lecture trainings. She uses her experience as a skills trainer to pick the best candidates for the job and provides them with exceptional training before they are sent out into the field.

Crystal grew up in Carlsbad, CA and now resides in Canoga Park.
