Kathy Gonzalez, M.S.

Associate Program Supervisor

Kathy earned her B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and her M.S in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Pepperdine University, graduating with honors. She joined Autism Behavior Intervention (ABI) in 2022 as a skills trainer, where she quickly developed a strong foundation for supporting early learners with diverse needs. Her dedication and drive led to her promotion to lead skills trainer within a year.

Kathy has always been deeply passionate about helping children grow, learn, and reach their full potential. Now as a program supervisor, Kathy is committed to creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that ensure each child’s unique needs and strengths are addressed. She believes in creating an environment where children, families, and supervisors can work together toward meaningful progress.
